Job summary

Ops Tech Alliance, Inc. in McLean, VA seeks an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for government analytics workflows. You will translate prototypes into scalable capabilities and support integration into customer applications.

The role requires a BS in a related field, 5+ years of Python or R, extensive cloud AI/ML experience, and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. This is a full-time position in a mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years Python or R for AI/ML development.
• 5+ years cloud-based AI/ML development and deployment.
• 5+ years AI/ML model development and deployment, including tuning, experimentation, validation, and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy models and ensembles for generative AI, classification, prediction, computer vision, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
• Tune and benchmark models through experimentation, validation, and performance evaluation.
• Use software development and cloud computing to integrate models into customer applications and analytical workflows.
• Maintain deployed models and support their transition from prototypes to operational capabilities.
