Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of AI/ML or data science experience.
• Proficiency in Python or R for AI/ML development.
• Experience with cloud computing services for AI/ML development and deployment.
• Experience with AI/ML model development, tuning, validation, and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and ensembles across domains (generative AI, vision, NLP, RL).
• Test, validate, and evaluate model performance with robust, scalable approaches.
• Build data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training pipelines.
• Leverage cloud platforms for scalable development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to align AI/ML solutions with goals.
• Stay current on AI/ML advances and integrate them where appropriate.
• Document research methods and findings in reports, GitHub repos, and publications.
• Provide guidance to transition prototypes to production environments.
