Job summary

Swift is seeking an AI/ML Engineer in McLean, VA to design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models across domains including generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/Data Science and 5 years of Python/R, cloud experience, and a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance; the candidate will support customer initiatives with AI/ML engineering services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of experience with Python or R for AI/ML development
• 5 years of experience with Cloud computing from major providers, including cloud-based AI/ML development and deployment
• 5 years of experience with AI/ML model development and deployment, including tuning, experimentation, validation, and benchmarking
• US citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance required

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models and ensembles across domains (generative AI, classification, prediction, computer vision, NLP, reinforcement learning)
• Provide AI/ML engineering services to support customer initiatives using AI/ML algorithms, software development, and cloud computing
