Job summary

DCCA is seeking an AI/ML Engineer with an active TS/SCI w/ Poly to deploy and operationalize AI/ML models for government and commercial programs. The role emphasizes scalable MLOps pipelines, NLP integration, and secure, compliant architectures.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of software engineering with Python and strong skills in Java/C++/Go, plus experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AWS SageMaker. Security clearance is required for sensitive projects.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/Poly security clearance required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on software engineering deploying and operationalizing AI/ML models.
• Proficiency in Python; strong capabilities in Java, C++, or Go.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker and building automated MLOps pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Model Deployment & MLOps: Architect, implement, and manage scalable MLOps pipelines for CI/CD/CT of ML models within AWS GovCloud environments.
• AI/ML Integration: Integrate predictive models, NLP, and deep learning into production microservices and enterprise apps.
• Algorithm Optimization: Optimize ML models for performance, latency, and scalability on real-time data.
• Cybersecurity & Defensive AI: Integrate AI-driven threat detection and defensive AI into system architectures.
• Edge AI & System Sustainment: Design lightweight AI models for Edge AI with closer data-source processing.
• Infrastructure Management: Use cloud-native AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker) and Docker/Kubernetes to scale AI infra.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure AI/ML work adheres to RMF, NIST 800-53, and data privacy guidelines.
