Job summary

Waypoint Human Capital is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to support NASIC. You will design, develop, test, and deliver AI/ML components to advance the IC’s ability to characterize complex threats with speed and accuracy in government cloud environments.

Responsibilities include integrating analytic tools, building scalable ML pipelines, and ensuring DoW/compliance standards. A TS/SCI eligible clearance, a relevant degree, and hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• 3+ years of direct AI/ML experience.
• Proven experience designing, developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with scalable cloud-native apps and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Kubernetes-based platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Integrate modernized analytic tools into AI/ML capabilities.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces for AI/ML tools.
• Incorporate monitoring services, including model drift detection and demand tracking.
