NewGen Technologies in Chantilly, VA seeks Artificial Intelligence Developers & Machine Learning Engineers to help transition the office to new AI technologies for modernizing collection processes. You will train ML models and support productization of AI-based systems used in Sponsor's collection mechanisms.

Responsibilities include training models for automated webscrapes, developing AI systems with ETL data flows, and collaborating across Sponsor teams to apply cutting-edge AI/ML techniques

Qualifikationen

• TS/SCI FSP clearance required.
• Ability to automate customer workflows with AI solutions.
• Experience with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Deep knowledge of probability, statistics, and algorithms.
• Experience with Python, Java, C++, Conda.
• Experience training AI models and integrating pre-trained models into dataflows and software architectures.

Aufgaben

• Train machine learning models for automated webscrapes and related AI tasks.
• Develop AI-based systems with ETL data flows and databases.
• Productize and develop AI-based systems for Sponsor collection mechanisms.
• Provide support to operational elements with breakfix and software updates.
• Research open-source AI/ML technologies and apply cutting-edge capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sponsor teams and stakeholders to align AI solutions with architectural needs.
• Frame and scale data problems for analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
• Integrate AI algorithms into software deliverables of IT projects.
• Develop metrics to track business objectives and progress.
• Explore NLP, ML, predictive modeling, statistics, and hypothesis testing.
• Program systems to respond to defined conditions.
