Mayo Clinic is seeking an AI/ML Engineer - Post-Deployment Governance to translate policy and evidence needs into TRex workflows and dashboards. You will support reviews, define data fields, and ensure governance-ready outputs in collaboration with Governance Technologies and clinical/product teams.

This hybrid role requires translating complex requirements into actionable technical specifications and working across diverse stakeholders. Exempt position.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI and ML in production environments or regulated industries.
• Understanding healthcare technology and data governance.
• Cloud infrastructure and software development tools experience.
• Experience with large, complex healthcare data sets.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and prioritize requirements from policy, reviews, and stakeholder feedback.
• Translate governance needs into user stories, data definitions, and rules.
• Define reusable TRex content models and evidence objects.
• Develop dashboard and portfolio-reporting requirements for governance visibility.
• Review content and evidence, documenting corrections and changes.
• Partner on feasibility, prototypes, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
