Job summary

RIVA Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer to support the USPTO P-TACTS program. You will design, build, and deploy production AI/ML solutions, with emphasis on LLMs, RAG, and scalable cloud deployments in Databricks and AWS.

You will work directly with government stakeholders to turn mission needs into working applications. The role requires 5+ years of ML/AI experience, strong Python skills, and cloud deployment expertise across AWS/GCP, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of applied ML and AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.
• Practical experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
• Cloud platform experience with AWS or GCP, including deployment of ML workloads.
• Experience with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Eligibility to obtain a USPTO Public Trust and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Databricks Certified Machine Learning Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer or equivalent.
