Job summary

EVB seeks an experienced AI/ML software engineer to build and improve AI agent capabilities using modern LLMs in a production environment. You will develop Python backend services and APIs, design prompts and workflows, and help orchestrate agent systems for AI-powered features.

You will evaluate model performance, experiment for quality, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Python software engineering skills.
• Experience building applications with LLMs and AI APIs.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and an experimental mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
