Columbia Technology Partners is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to support mission-critical intelligence operations in a fast-paced national security setting. You will design AI-driven workflows, integrate LLMs, and deliver secure, scalable solutions in restricted environments.

You will work with analysts, operators, and mission leadership to translate needs into automated, production-ready tools using Python and modern AI frameworks.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; 14+ years overall experience with 3+ years in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering in cyber/national security environments.
• Experience capturing operational workflows and translating requirements into automation, process maps, or executable solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing LLM-powered or agentic workflows, including orchestration and tool integration.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities with APIs, enterprise data sources, and mission platforms.
• Strong Python development skills and production-ready application or automation experience.
