Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join the Data, Analytics & AI team. You will develop AI, ML, and analytics solutions for the Cordant product suite, designing scalable data pipelines and AI workflows using both structured and unstructured data.

You will build Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, including copilots and intelligent search, while implementing RAG, agent orchestration, and LLM evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or STEM majors.
2+ years of AI/ML, analytics, or data-driven solution development.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and cloud pipelines.

Responsibilities

Develop AI, ML, and analytics solutions for Cordant suite.
Design scalable data pipelines and AI workflows.
Develop Generative AI and Agentic AI apps (copilots, assistants, smart search).
Implement RAG, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and LLM eval frameworks.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML solutions with MLOps/LLMOps.
