Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/Engineering/Math
• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering, incl. model development and deployment
• 3+ years data processing with Pandas/NumPy/SQL
• Proven experience with TF, PyTorch, Keras
• Active Top Secret SCI Poly Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and train ML models (supervised/unsupervised/reinforcement)
• Prepare and preprocess large datasets for training/validation
• Implement and optimize AI/ML algorithms using standard libraries
• Deploy ML models into production environments ensuring scalability
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy/efficiency
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders
• Create and maintain documentation for AI/ML models
• Stay updated with AI/ML advances and apply new techniques
• Ensure AI/ML solutions adhere to ethics and privacy standards
