Phase2 Technology is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and implement effective AI solution architectures for the Marine Corps. The Opportunity:
Design and implement effective AI solution architecture utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address Marine Corps operational needs. Apply advanced technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members, as needed. Contribute to the direction of critical solutions by applying best‑fit ML algorithms and technologies. Help your clients navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.

Salary ranges from $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The projected compensation range for this position is based on location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. Additional benefits include health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care as applicable to full‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week.
