Job summary

Global Technical Talent is seeking an AI/ML Engineer for a 12-month contract in Fort Mill, SC. The role focuses on developing and deploying AI-powered capabilities across enterprise applications, with strong emphasis on production-ready ML and API services.

Hybrid work is required: in-office 3 days a week. Pay rate is $90.00–$91.00 per hour (USD) and work authorization for any employer in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise software with AI/ML applications.
• Strong ML concepts, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and RAG-based applications.
• Strong Python development experience, including APIs.
• Experience building production-grade APIs and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and deploying AI workloads in production.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, evaluation, and observability.
• Experience working with SQL and large-scale data processing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Agile, cross-functional teams.

The role involves working across the full AI development lifecycle, from experimentation and model evaluation through to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain back-end services using Python and contribute to front-end development using React where required.

• Apply responsible AI principles, ensuring solutions are explainable, traceable, and aligned with enterprise governance and data standards.

Required Skills
