Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager in Reston to lead AI/ML integrations across EHS programs. You will align operations with AI deployment, collaborate with engineers and executives, and drive strategic adoption of AI-driven safety solutions.

You will partner with EHS leaders to translate safety needs into actionable AI requirements, manage multi-disciplinary projects, and ensure compliant, scalable deployment across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational roll-out and adoption of AI/ML integrations to ensure on-site teams use tools for hazard prevention.
• Partner with development teams to embed NLP-driven safety alerts and automated compliance scorecards into EHS software and hubs.
• Collaborate with EHS site managers to identify safety pain points and translate them into requirements for AI development partners.
• Evaluate and pilot AI technologies with external vendors and industry experts, including computer vision for hazard detection and LLMs for safety policy retrieval.
• Establish feedback loops to monitor and improve AI model accuracy while meeting data privacy and safety governance standards.
