Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to lead a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers, guiding enterprise customers through transformative projects and shaping solutions with AWS offerings.

You will engage with Directors and executives, drive on-time, on-budget delivery, develop IT strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction while growing the practice and overseeing P&L.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, or related field.
Experience in IT or Management Consulting and people leadership.
Experience managing IT transformation projects.
Experience leading data & analytics delivery for Fortune 500 across multiple industries.
Experience leading technical service delivery teams with business ops and financial duties.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants.
Collaborate with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions and input on new features.
Develop and oversee innovative IT strategies for customers.
Manage practice P&L, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Drive business development and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
