Job summary

Apple seeks an AIML Conferences Program Manager to lead sponsorships and the research presence at top machine learning conferences. You will partner with Recruiting and product marketing to ensure Apple and AI/ML brands are consistently represented.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with organizers, and travel to venues worldwide to showcase Apple research. You will drive internal communications, engagement initiatives, and vendor relationships, while tracking metrics and delivering quarterly

Qualifications

• Experience leading conference programs and sponsorships.
• Ability to manage budgets with rolling deadlines.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan annual conference sponsorship strategy and evaluate requests.
• Coordinate with organizers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage program budget and forecast with Finance.
• Lead internal communications to encourage attendance and track metrics.
• Travel internationally to represent Apple at conferences.
