Google Cloud Platform is seeking a Cloud Engineer to design and deploy ML solutions for strategic customers in Austin. You will collaborate with customer leads and partners to scoped engagements, deliver end-to-end cloud-based ML projects, and educate customers on best practices for achieving business outcomes.

You will travel up to 20% and work with Google’s cutting-edge ML and data tech, contributing to scalable solutions with enterprise-grade reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience building ML solutions and with technical customers.
• Experience coding in one or more general languages (Python/Java/Go/C/C++) including DS/algorithms.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Scope, manage and deliver cloud solution implementations for strategic customers.
• Interact with sales, partners, and customer stakeholders to manage scope, deliverables, risks, and timelines.
• Deliver big data and ML solutions and address complex customer challenges.
• Identify feature gaps and influence the Google Cloud Platform roadmap with product teams.
• Provide tutorials, best practices, and technical presentations to various stakeholders.
