Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
2+ years of software engineering, systems design, ML/AI.
Experience with Python or similar languages.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
Understanding of software architecture and scalable design.
Experience evaluating third-party technologies and platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts.
Ability to collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

Research, evaluate, and prototype AI/ML technologies for SPG.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions to improve productivity and automation.
Lead proof-of-concept and rapid prototyping to validate AI capabilities.
Architect and integrate AI-powered applications in production with scalability and security.
Develop and implement best practices for AI development, deployment, and governance.
Drive adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation tools.
Define and promote responsible AI standards including evaluation, security, and risk management.
Partner with firmware, validation, product engineering, and business teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
Provide technical leadership in AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Mentor engineers and promote AI/ML best practices.
