We’re looking for a Technical Program Lead / Architect to guide multi-disciplinary engineering teams across AI/ML (Vertex AI), Responsible AI, Five9, DevOps, and QA — all in support of a high-impact transformation for a Fortune 500 enterprise client.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the technical architecture and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead diverse engineering teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to translate vision into execution.
• Mentor technical leads across AI, DevOps, QA, and platform engineering.
• Oversee implementation quality, code standards, and solution governance.
• Manage technical risk, resolve roadblocks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Champion best practices in AI/ML Engineering, Agentic AI Workflow, and Automation.
• Must be proficient in Python or similar languages
• DevOps & QA: CI/CD, cloud security, automated testing
