Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score each exchange, and compare AI-produced images and videos to judge prompt adherence.

You will explain what looked or sounded off in writing, helping improve AI systems. Remote, flexible hours, with access to leading LLMs and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable conducting live conversations with AI voice models and scoring outputs.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flicker, or misalignment, and explain in writing.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide specific English explanations highlighting observed issues.
