Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication for reviewing AI media.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening/reading to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain scenarios clearly.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Ranking AI-generated image/video pairs by adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio/video.
• Writing specific explanations in English about what you saw or heard, with clear reasoning.
