Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your expertise helps shape how AI systems reason, learn, and improve. You will rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism and write concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Ideal Qualifications include fluent English and strong written communication.
• Detail-oriented with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable speaking naturally in everyday scenarios and explaining decisions.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts best.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like AI artifacts, motion issues, or misalignment.
• Rating and writing clear English explanations pointing to observed issues.
