Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your assessments help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve. This 1099 freelance role offers flexible hours, remote work from multiple countries, and weekly payments via ACH/PayPal/AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted motion or audio–video mismatches.
• Write a clear, English explanation of findings for each task.
