Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your work helps improve how AI systems reason and perform. Earn hourly compensation, with additional incentives and weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
