Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Confident thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI models, rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to the prompt.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flicker, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rate adherence, quality, and realism; provide written explanations.
