Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will lead live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare image and video pairs for prompt adherence, and write clear explanations of any issues, all remotely on your own schedule.

This is a flexible, freelance opportunity with payments on a weekly cadence. You will work from home or while traveling, with access to leading LLMs and ongoing opportunities across countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to examine media closely.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and evaluating responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, glitches, or mismatches in audio/video.
• Writing English explanations that describe what was seen or heard and why it matters.
