Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier's evaluation loop, your work helps shape how advanced AI systems reason, learn, and improve, turning frontier research into real-world AI performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, written communication.
• Attention to detail and patience to rewatch or zoom in.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable deciding between imperfect options.

Responsabilités

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking responses.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations in English.
