Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looks off, focusing on accuracy and alignment with prompts.

Role supports shaping AI systems through evaluation and feedback, with flexible remote hours and weekly payments. Compensation is hourly based on expertise and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on details.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English of what was observed.
