Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt more closely, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with natural conversation.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain decisions clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio, using zoom/replay features.
• Write a concise, evidence-based English explanation pointing to what was observed.
