Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and participate in live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video pairs, rate how well outputs follow prompts, and explain issues in writing from the comfort of your home with flexible hours.

This is a fully remote, contract-based opportunity paying up to $15 per hour. Knowledge of AI tools and strong communication skills are essential, and applicants from multiple regions are welcome

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio/video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of your assessment.
