Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Math or related field (PhD preferred), candidates can be currently enrolled.
• Research experience, including peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or R&D contributions.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing with minimal errors.
• Bonus: AI model training experience (not required but helpful).

Payment:

• Rates for core project work range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, varying by location.
• Opportunities for higher-paying research projects based on performance.
• Rates depend on expertise, skills, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be available for PhDs. Lower rates may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Some projects offer incentives.
