• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience influencing across business and technology organizations without direct authority.
• Experience managing technology vendors and strategic delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the technology strategy, product roadmap, and lifecycle for Marketing Workbench.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate priorities into a cohesive roadmap.
• Lead product discovery, including user research and prioritization.
• Balance business needs, feasibility, risk, and long-term strategy in decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement through user feedback and performance metrics.
• Manage backlog, release planning, and roadmap execution as Product Owner.
• Define and deliver AI-enabled workflows connecting insights, content planning, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and Privacy teams.
• Lead governance discussions, executive updates, and investment planning.
• Champion adoption and organizational change across stakeholder groups.
