Job summary

hiair.ai is seeking a marketing storyteller to own content creation for an AI startup in a hybrid role in San Francisco. You will generate posts, landing copy, voice, video, and the weekly cadence that keeps Hiair in the conversation.

You will design visuals in Illustrator, build the marketing engine, turn product moments into shareable stories, and use AI tools like Higgsfield, Fish Audio, and ElevenLabs. Video editing is a plus.

Generate content with AI, tell the Hiair story, and put us in front of the next wave of job seekers.

Hybrid

$120,000–$145,000 + equity

You'll own the story of an AI startup — short-form, long-form, social, voice, and the experiments that tell us what actually converts. Day to day you'll use tools like Higgsfield, Fish Audio, ElevenLabs, and Illustrator. Video editing is a plus, not a requirement. This is a high-ownership role on a small team: the campaigns you ship go live the same week.

What you'll do

• Generate and ship content with AI tools including Higgsfield, Fish Audio, and ElevenLabs: posts, landing copy, voice, video, and the weekly cadence that keeps Hiair in the conversation.
• Design custom visuals in Illustrator when the story needs more than a generated asset.
• Build the marketing engine for an AI startup — positioning, channels, and the experiments that find our wedge.
• Turn product moments into stories job seekers actually share.
• Video editing is a plus: short clips, demos, and social cuts when they help the message land.
• Instrument what you ship and let the numbers pick the next bet.

What we're looking for

• A marketing genius with a track record of creating content people actually read, watch, or share.
• Comfort generating content with AI — you use tools like Higgsfield, Fish Audio, and ElevenLabs, you don't just talk about them.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator (or similar) is a plus.
• Range across social, email, landing pages, and brand, and the judgment to focus.
• Video editing is a plus.
• Genuine curiosity about job search, hiring, and how AI products get adopted.
