Job summary

Novele designs and manufactures intelligent energy storage solutions for the built environment. We seek a dual-hat Builder/Analyst in New York, NY to design internal tools, dashboards, and automation using AI-native approaches, shipping prototypes quickly while researching regulatory and incentive landscapes across geographies.

You'll work across sales, finance, and operations, embedding with teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, and helping the company move fast with

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing automation workflows.
• Strong prompting skills to maximize AI tool outputs.
• Comfort with APIs and system integration.
• Data analytics experience and ability to extract insights from data.
• Solid SQL and database fundamentals.
• 1–3 years in operations, business analysis, consulting, or technical fields.
• Proven shipped solutions using AI tools.
• Ability to dive into complex domains and extract clarity.
• High initiative and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and dashboards using AI coding assistants.
• Design automations using workflow platforms, connecting CRMs, databases, and APIs.
• Develop expertise in market structures and regulatory requirements across geographies.
• Turn complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Train team members on new tools and workflows.
