Myto is a Palo Alto–based startup building AI for manufacturing. We seek a Customer Success & Solutions Lead to guide customers from onboarding through day-to-day success, capturing knowledge, deploying AI across plants, and delivering measurable operational value.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with product and engineering to shape features and improve the user experience. This role blends customer success with strategic product feedback in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable working directly with both executives and frontline manufacturing teams.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable product feedback.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer onboarding, training, and onsite visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and guide new customers through successful implementation.
• Become a trusted advisor for manufacturing, operations, and plant leadership teams.
• Support customers in their day-to-day use of Myto and ensure they achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins, training sessions, product demonstrations, and business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption across additional teams, sites, and use cases.
• Collect customer feedback and translate it into clear product requirements and feature recommendations.
• Work closely with product and engineering to prioritize improvements and validate new functionality.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with engineering to drive timely resolutions.
• Help build scalable onboarding, training, documentation, and customer success processes as Myto grows.
