Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking an AI & M365 Platform Engineer in Atlanta, GA to advance AI adoption in a large enterprise using Microsoft 365 and other AI technologies.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding platform selection, and enabling production-grade AI agents with strong governance. You will participate in the AI Center of Excellence, mentor users, and contribute to a team-oriented culture within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience deploying AI agents into production.
• Strong knowledge of AI data retrieval, RAG, and data strategies.
• Security expertise including agent permissions, identity management, and data governance.
• Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 components (Copilot licensing, Entra ID), and user support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development, security, and enterprise architecture teams to enable AI adoption across the business.
• Guide development teams in selecting the most suitable AI platforms for various business use cases.
