Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers with strong cultural context to support AI training and evaluation projects. You will work across diverse task types, including evaluating prompts and AI-generated outputs, reviewing and correcting text, and analyzing multimedia content.

You will apply careful judgment to accuracy, clarity, cultural appropriateness, and brand alignment, following detailed guidelines.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and nuanced judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review prompts and AI-generated outputs for accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
• Annotate content concisely and in a structured way for model improvement.
• Identify translation issues, cultural mismatches, and style inconsistencies.
• Provide feedback aligned with evaluation guidelines and calibration processes.
• Work across text and multimedia materials with careful judgment.
