Job summary

Moog, Inc. seeks an AI Manager for the Commercial Aircraft Group to lead strategy, governance, and adoption of AI, analytics, and intelligent automation across operations.

You will partner with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and IT to translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled capabilities that boost productivity and decision-making while advancing digital transformation across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years leading business transformation, tech programs, or related leadership
• Experience building and executing multi-function roadmaps and portfolios
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change
• Translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions with measurable outcomes
• Experience with ROI, investment prioritization, and governance in AI initiatives

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the AI strategy and multi-year roadmap for the group.
• Partner with leaders to identify AI opportunities across functions.
• Translate AI standards into actionable plans aligned with business priorities.
• Lead AI portfolio governance and prioritization.
• Oversee AI initiatives from discovery through production across multiple teams.
• Promote reusable AI solutions and best practices across the organization.
