Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking an AI Developer for its Commercial Aircraft Group in East Aurora, NY, reporting to the IT Director.

This role focuses on developing and deploying AI solutions that streamline business processes, improve decision-making, and drive operational efficiency across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders across functions to identify opportunities, translate requirements into technical solutions, and deliver scalable AI applications using Azure OpenAI, Power Platform,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, DS, IS, AI, or related field.
• Experience in Python, C#, JS.
• Experience with Azure cloud.
• Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, ML concepts.
• Experience with APIs, databases, data integration.
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Power BI and Azure AI tools.
• Awareness of cybersecurity and Responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-powered applications.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and ML across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and pilot initiatives.
• Build integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems.
• Optimize prompts, workflows, and AI interactions.
• Support deployment, testing, and ongoing enhancements.
