Job summary

JUPUS is seeking an experienced AI leader to own the AI function from strategic roadmap to production delivery. You will balance hands-on development (~40%) with mentoring the AI team and collaborating with product and engineering to turn capabilities into user value.

Located in CET -2/+2 time zone or willing to align, this role focuses on production-ready generative AI systems across voice, chat, and documents, with strong Python and backend skills.
