PCL Industrial Services, Inc. in Chandler, Arizona seeks an AI Construction Specialist to embed AI within operations, translate business needs into practical AI solutions, and drive data-driven improvements with cross-functional teams.

This role partners with stakeholders to develop AI-enabled solutions, leads ROI assessments and implementation plans, and measures adoption to deliver productivity gains across construction workflows at our Chandler office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in a related field.
• Degree or diploma in IT/IM/Business Admin/CS or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools, prompt engineering techniques, and low/no-code solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases delivering measurable value.
• Partner with stakeholders to document requirements and develop AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead business process analysis and ROI assessments for AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

The AI Construction Specialist serves as an embedded AI resource within operations, identifying, evaluating, and advancing AI-enabled opportunities that improve productivity, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes. This role partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical AI solutions, support implementation and adoption efforts, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable business value and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business stakeholders to document requirements and develop AI-enabled solutions aligned with operational needs.
• Lead business process analysis, problem definition, and AI opportunity assessment activities.
• Develop business cases, implementation plans, ROI assessments, and performance measurement strategies for AI initiatives.
• Monitor adoption, usage metrics, and solution performance while recommending improvements and future AI opportunities.

• Construction and/or construction management experience.
• This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Arizona, to be considered for this role.

This is a primarily office-based position located in Chandler, Arizona. The successful candidate will be expected to work regularly from the office and collaborate in person with business and operational teams; this is not a remote position.
