Job summary

Axiom Global Technologies is seeking an experienced AI Lead Architect to own the technical architecture of AI-powered Copilot and agent solutions for enterprise functions.

The role is roughly 80% architecture and 20% hands-on design, focusing on scalable, secure, governed, and enterprise-ready AI implementations across platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution/enterprise architecture experience across AI, data, and digital transformation.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience designing scalable and secure enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for Copilot Studio agent solutions.
• Design RAG architectures using SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and custom connectors.
• Establish reusable prompt architecture, guardrails, and template standards.
• Architect governance and security frameworks including Entra ID and data boundaries.
• Provide architectural oversight for Power Automate workflows and error handling patterns.
• Define enterprise integration and connector strategies across Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom.
• Review and approve solution designs and provide hands-on design support for complex AI implementations.
• Create Architecture Decision Records and technical reference architectures.
