Responsibilities include defining enterprise AI standards, guiding deployment in the cloud, and driving Copilot adoption while applying responsible AI practices. Compensation ranges from $105,000 to $135,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solution/enterprise architecture experience.
• 3+ years of AI architecture and implementation experience.
• Experience implementing and scaling Microsoft/GitHub Copilot.
• Strong expertise in agentic AI and autonomous workflows.
• Prompt Engineering (Zero-shot, Few-shot, Chain-of-Thought).
• Python development.
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Vector databases.
• Cloud-based AI deployments.
• Experience defining AI governance, standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Design and implement autonomous agent workflows and Copilot-driven solutions.
• Establish prompt engineering strategies, reusable prompt libraries, and guardrails.
• Architect RAG solutions and AI orchestration frameworks using Python and LangChain.
