The ideal candidate will have strong J.D. credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with AI, litigation, and corporate teams while building lasting

Qualifications

• J.D. from a nationally recognized law school.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in regulatory/advisory, corporate transactional, or litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Monitor AI law developments and provide client-ready guidance.
• Support AI-related corporate transactions, including due diligence and agreement negotiation.
• Develop expertise on AI issues in corporate transactions and assist deal teams.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda for litigation and regulatory matters.
• Support fact development, discovery, and case strategy in litigation and regulatory investigations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate with AI, litigation, and corporate teams.
