• Influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Have a technical background to explain AI concepts to diverse audiences.
• Write clearly and produce launch-ready material.
• Thrive in ambiguity and a fast-changing market.

Responsibilities

• Own the model launch calendar and sequencing across a broad portfolio of releases with partner teams across marketing, product, and communications.
• Own the plan of record for each launch: deliverables, owners, dependencies, deadlines, and surface risks early.
• Own the path launch materials take through review with legal, policy, research, and communications teams.
• Drive decisions and alignment across senior cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Own launch-day execution: sequencing, timing, access, and readiness of all live components.
• Own internal resources for field teams and the operational side of enablement—scheduling, speakers, materials logistics.
• Develop and improve launch processes, playbooks, and scalable frameworks.
• Own launch retrospectives and recurring product communications, including launch materials.
