This hands-on project emphasizes privacy, fairness, transparency, and human oversight in responsible AI. Passaic County Community College Sprinternship program participation is required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Passaic County Community College student accepted into the Sprinternship.
• Interested in AI, technology, business, human resources, data, process improvement, or related field.
• Enjoy researching, writing, organizing information, and solving problems.
• Comfortable learning new digital tools and testing different approaches.
• Able to work collaboratively, meet project milestones, and use feedback to improve work.
• Can bring a personal laptop that connects to Wi-Fi and supports a standard browser, documents, and presentations.
• Able to follow privacy, confidentiality, project boundaries, and responsible-AI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Test synthetic candidate scenarios for consistency, clarity, fairness, and unsupported conclusions.

• Help present the team's final prototype and lessons learned.

About the AI Lab Mico- Sprintership

Bring your curiosity, creativity, and interest in artificial intelligence to a hands-on team project with Visions Federal Credit Union. As an AI Lab Micro-Intern, you will work with other students to design and demonstrate a mock AI-powered assistant that helps hiring managers review resume alignment and prepare structured interview questions. You will gain practical experience while learning how privacy, fairness, transparency, and human oversight shape responsible AI solutions.

You Must be a Passaic County Community College student accepted into the Sprinternship.

Location: Saddle Brook, New Jersey
Program: Passaic County Community College Sprinternship.

• Program dates: December 28, 2026 - January 15, 2027
