Cognizant AI Lab is seeking a Marketing Intern to help tell the story of AI research, technology, and people. You will support content creation, social channels, events, and community initiatives to build awareness of our work.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Marketing/Communications-related degree, with strong writing and digital content skills. The role is hybrid, requiring collaboration with researchers, engineers, and industry leaders, and offers exposure to diverse AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear and engaging content for blogs and newsletters.
• Interest in event marketing, including identifying conferences and speaking opportunities, pitching speakers, and supporting event planning and execution.
• Social media savvy, with a strong understanding of platforms such as LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Reddit and what makes content engaging across different channels.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Help manage and grow the Lab's social channels, creating engaging content that builds awareness of our research, technology, people, and work.
• Support the Lab's event strategy by identifying conferences and speaking opportunities, developing speaker submissions, and helping coordinate Lab events and hackathons.
• Help keep the Cognizant AI Lab website current and engaging by creating, editing, and publishing content and supporting new pages and digital experiences.
• Support the growth of the Agent Academy learning hub and other community initiatives by developing educational content, promoting programs, and engaging the broader AI and developer community.
• Create and support content across formats, including newsletters, blogs, podcasts, and video series, and help track campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve.
