Job description

Our people drive outcomes in live operations.

Organizations in the life sciences and other critical industries need a partner who can define what’s next and stay accountable once it’s live. That’s the work here: we design, implement, and govern the operating models that turn disruption into durable competitiveadvantage.

You need frontline execution judgment, not just the ability to deliver strategy slides. The work is designing for resilient operations in the life sciences and other critical industries. The opportunity is to positively impact the lives of real people: your family, your friends, your colleagues, and others around theworld.

You will work directly with customers in high-stakes environments, including labs, manufacturing sites, and control rooms. Every situation is different, but in all cases, innovation and change cannot compromise quality, production, orcompliance.

You’re committed to designing, running, and governing the “best digital architecture for the client,” helping them use AI to get the most out of their physical and digital assets to achieve their desiredoutcomes.

You’re evaluated on results, not project completion alone. Whether it’s accelerated batch release, reduced deviations, or increased throughput, your success is defined by the measurable impact you make on the client’soperations.

Why people choose to build a career atStellix

That judgment is only the beginning. Stellix team members develop a rare, compounding blend of strategic and operational expertise toward something bigger: the opportunity to create an AI-empowered operational transformation partner that can guide organizations into a new frontier of operationalexcellence.

Our team members help define how these environments run. You’re helping to build the new frontier of the business itself, combining people, data, systems, AI, robotics, and intelligent automation to change what’spossible.

Most partners can either design the future or run live operations. Stellix team members do both. They work directly with customers, not just for them, to design, run, and govern the adaptive operating models that will make their business moreresilient.

Those individual results add up to something more lasting. Stellix team members are building a company that creates meaningful outcomes not just for customers, but for the communities theyserve.

Life at Stellix
On the floor, in the data, with the customer.

Our people work where the operation is — plants, labs, control rooms, and the systems behind them — designing, running, and governing the models that keep them adaptive. One team, blending strategy and execution across functions and industries, turning continuous change into durableadvantage.

What we offer

Close to the operation, honest about complexity, and measured on outcomes — not activity. You’ll partner directly with the customers whose production depends on getting itright.

  • Continued learning &certification
  • Employee-owned(ESOP)
Four connected disciplines. One accountable team.

Careers here span the full lifecycle — design it, implement it, and govern it once it’s live. Wherever you sit, the workconnects.

Operational Foresight

See risk and opportunity before they hit the floor. We use live plant data and modeling to plan the next move with confidence — so decisions are made early, not in acrisis.

Strategy in Motion

Turn strategy into sequenced, executable change that adapts as conditions shift — not a binder that sits on a shelf. Outcomes stay the fixed point; the planflexes.

Digital Infrastructure for Adaptive Operations

The connected data-and-control backbone — from IIoT sensors (internet-connected industrial devices) to MES (manufacturing execution systems that run and record production) — that lets operations flex withoutbreaking.

Outcomes and Adaptive Advantage

Measurable results that compound: faster time-to-batch-release, higher uptime, fewer deviations, lower cost-to-serve — and the resilience to keep improving as changecontinues.

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated recent college graduate to join our team and help accelerate the application of AI across Stellix’s enterprise knowledge platform. This is a hands-on, entry-level role for someone who is curious about how AI can transform the way a consulting and engineering firm captures, organizes, and reuses its institutional expertise.

Stellix’s knowledge platform is built on Glean and connects SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Confluence, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and other enterprise systems into a unified search, AI assistant, and agent environment. The long-term vision is to build a compounding knowledge platform that captures expertise from every engagement and turns it into reusable intellectual property — so each project makes the next project better.

As an AI Knowledge Platform Associate, you will work alongside our IT, Digital Platforms, and business teams to build, test, and refine Glean agents; structure and curate knowledge content; support AI workflow development; and help drive adoption across the organization. You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools, agentic workflows, and knowledge management while contributing to real business outcomes.

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate who is excited about applied AI, comfortable working across technical and business contexts, and eager to learn how AI works inside a real consulting and engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, test, and refine Glean agents that automate multi-step workflows such as contract review, proposal development, knowledge retrieval, and document generation.
  • Translate business requirements into clear agent instructions, step logic, and workflow configurations.
  • Evaluate agent outputs for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs, and iterate on prompts and configurations to improve quality.
  • Document agent designs, use cases, and operating instructions so they can be maintained and scaled.
Knowledge Structure & Curation
  • Help organize, tag, and structure content across connected data sources (SharePoint, Confluence, Salesforce, Smartsheet, etc.) to improve search relevance and AI-assisted retrieval.
  • Support the development of Glean Collections and curated knowledge groupings that make expertise easier to find and reuse.
  • Assist in identifying knowledge gaps and working with subject matter experts to fill them.
  • Contribute to the ongoing effort to convert workflows, implementation patterns, and operational learnings into structured, reusable IP.
AI Workflow & Solution Support
  • Support the design and delivery of AI-enabled workflows using Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and related platforms.
  • Assist in building rapid prototypes and pilots that demonstrate value quickly.
  • Help evaluate new AI features and capabilities as they are released across the platform.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance for new agents, workflows, and AI features before deployment.
Adoption & Enablement
  • Support the “Learn More About AI” recurring series by helping prepare demos, examples, and training materials.
  • Assist with user onboarding to the Glean platform, including setup guidance and feature walkthroughs.
  • Gather user feedback, identify friction points, and help translate them into improvement actions.
  • Contribute to internal communications that highlight AI wins and encourage broader adoption.
Governance & Documentation
  • Follow established AI governance processes, content-handling rules, and guardrails for all work on the platform.
  • Help maintain documentation of agents, workflows, data sources, and permissions.
  • Support audit readiness by ensuring configurations are well-documented and aligned with enterprise standards.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduate or graduating by start date) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong academic record with coursework or projects involving AI, machine learning, data management, or enterprise systems.
Required Skills
  • Demonstrated interest in applied AI, enterprise search, or knowledge management.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured steps.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and learning is continuous.
  • High attention to detail and a willingness to iterate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship or co-op experience in an IT, digital transformation, or consulting environment.
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, Salesforce, or Smartsheet.
  • Experience building workflows, automation, or no-code/low-code solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, or similar).
  • Familiarity with concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, prompt design, or agent orchestration.
  • Experience creating documentation, training materials, or knowledge base content.
What You Will Learn
  • How enterprise AI platforms work in practice — not just demos, but real workflows serving real users.
  • How to build and refine AI agents using Glean’s Agent Builder, including multi-step orchestration, branching logic, and human-in-the-loop approval patterns.
  • How to structure and curate knowledge so that AI delivers accurate, relevant, and governed results.
  • How a consulting and engineering firm captures expertise from projects and turns it into reusable IP.
  • How to work across technical and business teams to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and drive adoption.
Here’s What You’ll Get
  • Highly competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Flexible Spending or Health Savings Accounts
  • Unlimited Vacation Time
  • 10 Paid Holidays
