Qualifications

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of AI-related, CS, data analytics, IS, engineering, business, math or related program.
• Interest in AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore unfamiliar tools and business problems.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic experience with AI tools, data analysis, programming, automation, or visualization platforms preferred.
• Ability to handle company information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work onsite at our Sauget, Illinois facility.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities where AI and digital tools can improve efficiency, data analysis, and decision-making.
• Partner with departments to understand processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Help identify repetitive tasks that could benefit from automation or AI-assisted solutions.
• Support development and testing of AI-based tools, workflows, prompts, or process improvements.
• Organize, review, and analyze business or operational data.
• Assist with creating dashboards, reports, summaries, or other decision-support resources.
• Present technology comparisons and recommendations to business leaders.
• Document processes, findings, testing results, and next steps.
